The Fashion Tag :)

Hi everyone!
Long time no see :P BUT summer has begun and I am ready to have fun! (Cheesy rhyme, I know) But in all seriousness, I am on vacation, which means that I will have more time to post :)
Anyway, do you like fashion?
I may not be completely up to date with all the weird clothes people wear NOW, but I do like shopping and creating new outfits :)
Ironically enough, Elly from A GIRL, nominated me to do the FASHION TAG!
Thanks Elly :D
So, let's begin!

1. What's your favorite Hairstyle?
I wear my hair down most of the time, but I've become quite fond of twisting a bit of hair and then pinning it with a bow.

2. What's your favorite style of top?

Hmmmm, well I really like tank tops and spaghetti strap tops. I also like off the shoulder shirts.

Oh but my absolute favorite would have to be sweaters :)

3. Do you prefer Shorts or a Skirt?

Shorts ALL the way! I <3 shorts

4. What's your favorite style of dress?
I think I like strapless dresses, tank dresses and spaghetti strap dresses the most.

5.  Winter Outfits or Summer Outfits?
(Warning: Cute picture overload)

SUMMER!! Even though I adore my jeans and sweaters, summer outfits are the BEST!

6. Necklaces or Bracelets?
Necklaces because they don't really prevent you from doing anything and they're so cute. Bracelets can sometimes get in the way of doing something even though they are cool.

7. Favorite kind of shoe?
Ballet flats, Converse and Vans :)

That was so much fun! Just to make it clear, none of these pictures are mine, they are from GOOGLE. All rights go to owners!!!!!
I nominate this tag to anyone that wants to do it :) You can do it on your blog or in the comments :D

Also, can I please get more followers??? I have only four :( I'm going to camp soon, I'd love to come back to a bit more.. I try so hard :/ But nevertheless I am thankful for all my followers so far ;)

Song of the day: Beat of the Music by Brett Eldredge

Anyway, thanks for being amazing :)
Lots of love,

Hey everyone! How's life???
I try to squeeze in some time for blogging, sorry if I don't post much :(

You probably don't know this, but I am NOT a winter gal. Sure it's pretty and all.... but I much rather stay out in the sun riding my bike, swimming and having fun :)
Has spring started where you live? Where I live, it goes more from Winter STRAIGHT so Summer, but lately we've been having more of spring weather..

I wrote an impromptu poem for you all :)
The wind whispers through the trees
The birds sing songs of joy
Children's laughter rings throughout the streets
Flowers bloom in the sun
The sky turns a bright blue
Rain taps out a message on the roof
How can one not love this season?

Yeah it's pretty bad.. I'm horrible at poetry..
BUT nevertheless, I must say that the beautiful weather is brightening my mood.
I've been spending much more of my time outside lately, but ya know.. *coughhomeworkcough*
So why not try to spend at least an hour outside this week? Go ride your bike, take a walk, play tag with your friends (sorry if that's not cool anymore, I don't know these things ;P) take your pet out for a walk, or have a picnic! Even if you're not much of a nature gal, go grab your favorite book, sit down on a nice bench and catch some of that fresh air into your lungs ;)

Until next time!

I love Chocolate!

It's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Have you ever had a major craving for chocolate? I have that all the time, and it's really annoying. Did you know that chocolate actually helps you when your in stress? It's like a craving and your body sort of calls for it.
Also, it's so delicious. I mean, really. Who can resist it?

Doesn't that just look gorgeous?

Ok, so maybe you don't like chocolate. That's fine? What else makes you feel better when your down, or in stress? I would LOVE to know (just like I would love to be munching on a chocolate bar right now!)

So, here's a sort of funny poem that I came up with

What is it?
You close your eyes as it melts in your mouth
How can you resist
The pleasure of the sweetness,
Carries you into a different place
Where stress and hurt disappear in seconds.

Okay, that was quite cheesy (Or should I say chocolatey :D)
But whatever.
Instead of song of the day or nothing at all, here is a list of chocolate's you must try!
- Hershey's Milk Chocolate
- Hershey's Cookies n' Cream
- Lindt Chocolate (Any kind)
- Milka
- E. Wedel
Please comment if you know any other good chocolate's!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beaches, Books, Bracelets, and Balloons.

Hi everyone! I really enjoyed making a story, but this time I decided I'll make a "blurb" like story for a picture.
*Like before all pictures from google*

The waves splash onto the rocks, and I climb, ever so carefully, over them, to the edge. Trying to be cautious, I bend down and sit on one of the rocks. The water splashes against my shoes, but I didn't let it bother me.
"I want to see the waves." Melody's voice echoes through my head. Melody, my little sister. The one I love and care for the most. The one I would do anything for, yet now she is sleeping soundly in the hospital, with one wish. She wants to see the sea. I take my camera out of my bag and look at it. I picture my childhood, the days when I went to the beach with my parents. I'd splash in the waves, build sand castles, run around the grassy hills and tiptoe across the rocks. Melody never had any of it.
I turn it on. I can still picture the day I asked her.
"What's your wish Mellie?" I asked.
"I want to see the waves. I want to hear them, see them, taste them."
I reach down into my bag and finger the little jar with sea salt, and the little box with french fries that they sell at the board walk. If I could I'd take her. She's too sick to leave the bed.
I place the camera in front of my eyes and get ready. This ones for you Mellie, I think.

Sundays have always been crazy, and I always go on a walk. It gives me some time to breathe, to relax and think. Plus, I like finding new places. Today I decide to walk through the park. I enjoy the view, the green grass, the blooming trees, but it gets boring. Then I see her.
She's wearing a pair of brown boots, a coral pink dress and a long necklace. There's a dusty book laying on her lap, and I can't tell what her face looks like, with her blond hair covering it like a curtain. I decide to take a chance and sit down next to her.
"Hi!" I say
"Oh, um hi." She looks up. She has the most stunning blue eyes. Her nose is small and dainty, and she gives me a small smile.
"What'ya' reading?" I ask.
"Oh, um that. Romeo and Juliet. Stupid, I know." She looks down and her soft hair falls back down again.
"I don't think it's dumb. Did you know apparently Shakespeare didn't actually write anything?" I try to start a conversation. There is something special about this girl. She's shy, but I'm sure there's more to her.
"Really? I've heard of that, but I never knew if it was true."
"I don't know. It would be an interesting thing to find out. I have a job at the local library on Tuesdays. You could come and we could try to fish out some information." I offer. She looks back up and her dark blue eyes lighten up.
"That would be cool."
"Great. The name's Michael. Your's?" I put my hand out. She reaches out and takes it.
"Katrina. The name's Katrina."

"I'm going to miss you. You know that?" I say, and open my eyes. The summer sky is huge and blue.
"Of course. Me too." Tara says, and turns her head. She looks at me with her gray eyes and smiles.
"It's going to be so different Tara. Quiet, awkward. Who else will I have to talk about pig eyes with?" Tara laughs at one of our old inside jokes.
"I honestly don't know Jess. It's going to be weird in a new place. What if they think I'm weird?"
"You are weird! So am I! And if they find out, who cares?" I say with a smile, and finger my braided friendship bracelet I've wore on my hand since 4th grade.
"Right. Except I don't think I can handle being weird alone."
"Oh you'll survive." I get up, and turn, and drop my feet into the river. My pink toenails sparkle underwater. Tara joins me, and puts her arm around me. I glance at her wrist, which is covered in bracelets. I'm the only one that knows where each one comes from. She's been collecting them for over 6 years.
"I have something for you." She says. I look into her eyes, and she smiles.
"You do? What is it?" I ask. She reaches into the pocket, and pulls out a little navy box with a bow. I open it and smile. A small silver necklace with a little key charm is gently placed on the soft white pillow.
"Because you are the only one who will ever deserve having the key to my heart." Her gray eyes get shiny, and I reach into my pocket. I open the little bag and pull out a gold bracelet, with a few charms that symbolize our friendship.
"The pig because of our memories. The music note because we both love it. The plane because we would not survive without traveling. The palm tree because were summer girls. And the heart because I love you." My eyes get teary as I clip the bracelet onto her hand. She gives me a hug.
"The world is going to be weird without you. I love you too. ."

The breeze lifts my hair off my face, and I grip onto the balloons tighter. The bottom of my dress twirles as I spin around in circles.
You got accepted Cassie. You're going.
My heart jumps as I spin and dance. My feet bounce across dry brown grass. I got accepted. I'm going to ballet school. I repeat my routine that I did for the audition. I feel light and airy. Happy and free. I let go of one of the balloons and watch it soar into the air. Joy fills my chest as it disappears into the sky. I let go of another, and another, until one is left in my hand. I can see it all. Saying goodbye to my family, flying in the airplane. meeting new friends. Living in a totally new place. It's going to be amazing. I twirl for what seems like hours. I jump and leap until I can barely breathe and then I fall into the grass. My breath is long and raged, but I've never felt more happy. I lay down and laugh. I can't believe it. A bird soars across the sky and takes my heart along with it.
I'm going to Paris.

How'd you like it? I'm totally doing more of these in the future!
Which one was your favorite? Remember to comment and follow!!!!!

*All pictures from Google*

The short story is based on the pictures.... Enjoy

I slam the door and run across the snowy alley. I don't care if they worry. I don't care if they are sad. I'm hurt. The snow crunches gently under my feet as I turn the corner to the forest. No one can find me here.
I stop and take a raged breath. The sky is a grayish color. I can't believe I left. My heart is pounding and I can hear their voices in my head. "Dumb, annoying, ugly, weird." My eye sight gets blurry and I hang my head. It's cold.
The snow is falling furiously, and I close my eyes. The long awaited tears fall. I put my gloved hands over my face and let the tiny water droplets drip down my face. They burn, and I hear the voices again. " Annoying, ugly, weird, crazy, awkward, stupid." The sky darkens as I cry. After a while, I have no more tears. I pull off my gloves and hat, and coat, and throw them off. The sun is peeking through a cloud, but it's still snowing wildly. I crash into the snow, and lay down on the empty forest road.
It was one mistake. One mistake. Yet they keep talking about it. Will they ever forgive me? I look at the sunny sky. Snowflakes twirl through the air, falling into my hair. I raise my hand run it through my hair. They know I would fix it if I could. But I can't. I'm left with the haunting memory and it hurts. Then I hear a noise and get up. I can hear twigs and branches cracking. "Who is it?" I ask, my voice wavering. No response. Suddenly, it appears. I gasp.
A deer walks through field, and gently lays down on the field. It watches me. I sit on the snowy road, and watch it. It looks so beautiful, yet I feel so afraid. Should I be afraid? It looks at me for a while, and I wait. It's eyes are a deep, chocolate brown, and they seem to speak to me. Then the deer gets up, and trots away. I stay there, still a bit shocked. He didn't hurt me, he doesn't know, I think. A smile spreads across my face. One mistake, yet only they know. It doesn't matter.
. I look down the road that the deer walked down, and get up. I reach for my coat, hat and gloves. Time to go home. I walk across the snow. I can't explain why, but I feel better. I made a mistake, just like everyone else. It doesn't matter.
I cross the bridge, singing to my self. I won't go back. Not now, maybe not for a long time. I've learned from my mistake. You have to go keep going. It's worth it in the end.
How'd you guys like it? I sure had fun writing it, and I'd love to do more. Let me know in the comments!
